These are two positions. These positions will support demand analysis, forecasting, gas production operations and supply activities.  The successful candidates will have excellent communication and technical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work with cross functional teams.

Planning & Production Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Track pipeline rate and fuel changes
  • Plan for month ahead and long-term weather forecasts
  • Monitor and analyze daily actuals vs. forecast
  • Prepare Winter Service Plans
  • Monitor large industrial loads
  • Communicate with members
  • Ad hoc queries of databases
  • Gas production analysis
  • Well Allocations
  • Prepare and submit state and federal regulatory reports
  • Analysis of production expenses
  • Vehicle procurement

Supply Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Short and long term supply planning
  • Negotiate supply contract terms
  • Tracking supply activities by business unit
  • Interact with industry business partners
  • Ad hoc queries of databases



  • Bachelor’s Degree (business or technical preferred)
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional work ethic and timeliness
  • 3-5 years experience, utility or energy industry preferred


  • Advanced relational database knowledge and SQL
  • Expert Excel and VB knowledge
  • Statistical modeling experience
  • 5-7 years of natural gas or utility industry experience
